[Vtigercrm-developers] Global search with TextSearch module

Jose,

Performing search on all columns of database imposes penalty on search as
data-set grows,
to make it quick and work always each record is looked for label (entity
field). This makes the default
Global Search in optimized to return quick results as the data-set grows.

You can click on Advanced option for module-field specific search.

We have developed TextSearch Cloud Service that drives the search
capabilities on our Ondemand hosting,
