Thanks for this comment. Do you mean you migrate your database with a 
cli which is in existence already or are you just pointing out that you 
are able to upgrade using the browser?

Just to confirm, I am completely capable of completing upgrades using 
the browser method, however it would be preferable to do this via cli 
and am therefore asking if this is already possible?
