Hello,

after Empty Recycle Bin, it can only permanently remove all the deleted records from the database for Account,Contact,Leads module, but not for other module such as SalesOrder, Invoice ... .

For example,  you delete a record from invoice module and Empty Recycle Bin,  
then you can check the database tablename vtiger_crmentity and vtiger_invoice, 
in the table vtiger_crmentity, the deleted records are removed, 
but in the table vtiger_invoice, the deleted records are still there, that's the problem we said.
