Hi Andrew,

Can you be bit more clear on the scenario you are explaining. You mean
1>Set condition All conditions: Status is "Paid"
2>Task: Send email 1 day after due date.

And you mean this is your problem, The problem is that even invoice status
is changed to "Paid" workflow sending email to Customer anyway.

As your condition is status paid sent mail, its working according to that.
Please explain us your scenario to nail down the issue.
