In calendar while creating new event vtiger returns:
Warning: DateTime::modify(): Failed to parse time string ( minutes) at
position 0 (m): The timezone could not be found in the database in
/home/mydomain/domains/
domain.com/public_html/v/modules/Calendar/uitypes/Time.php on line 51

My time is UTC+7
