[Vtigercrm-developers] Migration problem

Hello,

I downloaded vtigercrm 6 stable version released 10th January, 2014 and I
could walk through installation successfully though I didn't go ahead with
the installation.

When I tried to access the migration, I get an error which I took screen
shot of and is attached is the screen shot.

Do I need to install the vtigercrm6 first before migrating data from
version 5.40?

Please any help will be appreciated.
