Actually, you don't need to change any of the users settings, just go into each one and hit save seems to do the trick. Very time consuming though, we have hundreds of users.

We switch the database setting in the config.inc.php file to our existing database and we were able to delete Contacts! Everything was looking good. Then we started getting calls from users who could no longer login. We kept getting the above mentioned error. It seems the only way to "fix" this is to go into every user through the website and update either the timezone or the date format setting and hit save. While doing this, we noticed that if you had tried to login and received the error, the next time you try to logon while a user who has been fixed is logged in, the login page does not display and you are now logged in as the user who has been fixed. We had to clear the cache of each user after all were "fixed" to get back to normal. Seems like a huge security issue. Anyone else seeing anything simila!
