[Vtigercrm-developers] Why dont link tickets to emails?

[Siam Translations LLP]

We got option to create ticket from few modules including mail manager.
Why dont link ticket to email as default? Will be fine to see what
particular email is responsible for ticket... there may be some interesting
attachment etc...
