Whilst on the Subject of modComments I notice that it is no longer being 
treated as an entity module in its own-right...

This is disappointing.

I find being able to list all Comments (as you can do in 5.4) a *very* 
useful tool in gauging the general level of activity of a particular 
vtiger system.

I can easily tell how busy a system is simply by noticing that for 
example 300 comments are being added every day, or just 2...
