In demo I receive his when trying to save a new ticket.

Hi Arnold,

 

Dashboard will show a graph of non-deleted records only, according to number
of records in that particular status graph is plotted. Can u please check
whether this is reproducible in Demo <http://demo.vtiger.com> .

I have 16 tickets in my vtiger_troubletickets
