I agree there is room for improvement. We'll take note of the suggestions
and address them.
In 6, the buttons in the detail view, are specific to the record being
viewed. When designing, we tried to zone in on what the user is looking
for. Whey they dive into a record detail view, the buttons give options for
the user to act on that record. (Settings button, with spanner icon, is
common on both detail and list views).
The top two rows of buttons are global, and do not change. Quick Create is
in that 2nd row.
