[Vtigercrm-developers] Hello， Anyone can fix the time based workflow

Hi,

*1  send an email and sms message to  customer  when today is customer's
birthday.*

This can't be achieved as comparator in workflows doesn't support for birth
date comparison with today's (current) date.
I have raised a ticket for same in
trac<http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/ticket/8005#ticket>.
Please have a look and update your observation. We will look into this soon.

*2 send an email and sms message to  customer  7 days before his support
end date .*

To achieve this through workflows. you can use comparator (less than days
ago) where you can specify value like 7, so this achieve your objective.
