Hello,

we need to creat a workflow based on time , such as birthday, due date,  anyone can help?

for example:
1  send an email and sms message to  customer  when today is customer's birthday.

2 send an email and sms message to  customer  7 days before his suppord end date .


are there anyone can achieve the above ?
