[Vtigercrm-developers] Unnecessary htmlentities encoding in the vtiger 6 email from-name

Hello vtiger Team,

There is an unnecessary htmlentities encoding in the vtiger 6 email 
from-name.

The issue can be easy to reproduce.
Please use the vtiger 6 user's Firstname or Lastname field some of the 
Central European characters e.g. öüóőúéáűí ÖÜÓŐÚÉÁŰÍ

As you see the UTF-8 encoding is automatic if the from-name contains any 
of characters to encode.
But if the from-name is already encoded to HTML entities the double 
coding will result he pictures shown above.

Unfortunately this wrong encoded from-name will put the email to the 
spam box.
