[Vtigercrm-developers] Code Contribution

Hi all,

I am pretty new to the developer list and developing vTiger.  It's not
clear to me that if any of us can contribute codes and fixes to the vTiger
codebase.  I know that I can download the source from the svn, but it
doesn't appear to me that I can check in code. Also, the source code
doesn't update that often.  I wonder if the vTiger team plan to be more
agile to release code more frequent instead of one big bang?   At least, we
should have more iterative changes or sprint release.  What do you guys
think?
