[Vtigercrm-developers] Bug reporting vtiger 5.4

Can you explain why?
I mean empty checks if the variable is set and if so, if it is different 
than any empty or inexistent value, which, I understand, is exactly what 
it should be doing to make sure the required fields have a value 
different than empty, no?
