He/She would win that argument. But, there are other factors at play, such
as stability of a PHP release, and whether bundled libraries in Vtiger are
moving forward (ex: ADODB). And we are constrained also on the time we can
invest in keeping up with latest versions. With Vtiger 6, we have made a
step in shedding some legacy code. We will take another step with 6.1
