[Vtigercrm-developers] "form builder" for vtiger

Anyone written or come across such a thing?

Think of a call centre handling multiple telephone campaigns in vtiger.

I'd like to be able to "build", as a user/administrator, a set of 
questions as a form (and possibly expected responses) for the sales 
agent on the phone to go through and complete.

Obviously the uses for such a thing are far wider but that's a use-case 
I have come across.
