[Vtigercrm-developers] vtiger 5.4.0 Security Patch - another problem?

I've recently built 2 new vtiger systems on new Ubuntu 12.04 servers.

After applying the most recent "Security patch" I am unable to save any 
changes to the Company Details in Settings.

I'm getting the following errors displayed after clicking save:

> Company Details Error Message
>
>     Invalid file OR
>     File has no data

Anyone else seeing this? It's a PITA.
