[Vtigercrm-developers] assigning values to variables on the mail template while sending the mail.

Hello,
If I am in sending mail via Campaign then, where exactly the assignment of
real values to the variables is done in the email template while sending a
mail.
and if due to any reason send mail fails then do it first save the mail,
and then close then pop-up window ?
