It just occurred to me that I emailed a bunch of stuff to the list
that would be better posted to trac ticket 1715.  I have pretty much
never gotten a response to comments on tickets; emails have a much
better chance of being responded to.  Is there a second mailing list
for all ticket traffic?  If not, should one be set up and integrated
with http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracNotification
