[Vtigercrm-developers] deleting Documents file attachments

Checking the Documents and RecycleBin modules in 5.4.0, I don't see
anywhere that the associated file is being unlinked.  Am I reading
this right?  This suggests that there may be some unknown number of
orphaned files on disk without corresponding database rows?  It looks
like ticket #6272 [1] is another example of orphaned files being left
on disk.
