I am trying to track down why email sending has stopped working on a 
recently upgraded system (upgraded from 5.3.0 to 5.4.0 and we upgraded 
the server from Ubuntu 10.04 to 12.04 at the same time).

The weird thing I've just noticed is that there are two copies of the 
above files, one set in cron/ and another in modules/Emails and they are 
different!

1st question: Why two copies?
2nd question: Why are they different?
