OK - Even more weird - the HelpDesk module (Trouble Tickets) was 
disabled in the module manager.

The error seems to have gone now I have re-enabled the HelpDesk module.

It would be nice to have a more sensible error message ;-)

Also I have no idea why the HelpDesk module got disabled in the first place.
