[Vtigercrm-developers] Assign entity to a higher Role

Hi.

I have been searching the forums but cant find the answer to this 
scenario in user privileges / roles

I need to set trouble tickets module to private but also need to allow a 
user in a lower role to assign that ticket back to his manager (higher 
role). If I allow the employee to see all manager's tickets them all 
employees is the same role would see those tickets, thats not the 
scenario that I'm trying to reproduce.

Is there a way to keep a module private but still be able to assign an 
entity to a higher role?
