[Vtigercrm-developers] Has anyone setup or implemented restricted sharing?

Hi there,

 

We have a client who need the following setup:

 

All contacts should be private - only visible to the assigned user and those
above them.

 

BUT the client wants to be able to display the contact Name and city in list
view or when a search is done (to avoid duplicating contact with the contact
by another sales person)

 

I was wondering if anyone has implemented this setup before and how they did
it?
