Thanks for the explanation, it was really helpful. Just for the record,
I've asked the second question down there because I was having some strange
behaviors with groups, but after some tests I've discovered how to solve
that, and I want to share with you guys:

The problem happened when I created a group with users that were logged
into the system. So, when I related some entity to this group, the user
(that was already logged in) couldn't see that entity. So I discovered
after some debug that Vtiger would only include the new group to the users
permissions after a new login.

I've instructed my users to logout and login again after a group creation
for now, but I think it would be useful if this permission was made in real
time.
