Added support for bi-directional transfer of the "description" field of 
the Leads and Contacts modules and the "Notes" field of the Thunderbird 
Address Book.

Users of 0.4.2 should be upgraded automatically in the next day or so, 
or you can download the new release from here 
http://forge.vtiger.com/frs/download.php/1033/vttb3-0.4.3.xpi and 
install in the usual manner.
