What is the ticket number for this? Will this bug be fixed in 5.2?

Hi Scott, 

I got the issue. It is an issue in vtiger CRM. We will report it in our trac and will get it fixed. We will let you know once the the change set will be ready to fix this.

I do see my issue in the demo at en.vtiger.com . At first the custom date field shows up in my filters but after I moved that custom field to the block labled Test it no longer shows up as an available filter. 

Just to be clear, I'm talking about the available date fields being in the drop down box under the 2nd to last page in the Create Report wizard. This field is in the Test block but does not show up as an available Standard Filter. 

That field does show up as an available filed to put in the report just not able to run date filters against it. 

Any thoughts?

Hi Scott, 

I have tried the to reproduce the issue in stable 5.1.0 but the issue reported by you in not reproducible.I tried the same thing in demo server . You have a look at the demo server in the following link 

http://en.vtiger.com/ 

You can go to the reports module and check the report Ticket custom field present in R eports folder.You can check the Date1 and Date2 fields over there belongs to a new block and both are showing fine. There was a issue in vtiger 5.1.0 R.C. where the fields present in Ticket Description Information and Ticket Solution information were coming to select in the report.Are you also saying about the same. 

Please check the demo server and let us know your observation.

I changed several custom date fields to some newly created blocks in the Trouble Ticket module and ever since then they do not show up as an option in the Reports module. If I move those fields back to Custom Information or Ticket Information then they show up fine. 

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
