We will work on that and keep you posted.

Since we are now busy working on something else I doubt we have it ready
before 5.2 release.

I've seen the files you pointed me to, I guess that means that we'll have to
work "again" on customizing our PDF documents.

Do you already have some docs ready to help us (re)make the templates for
our PDF documents (invoices, quotes, ...) ?

A nice feature with this new PDF system would be to be able to make
pluggable PDF templates that we could just install easily without touching
the core files.
