[Vtigercrm-developers] Thunderbird 3 Extension update

I've just added a new release (0.3.1) of the extension to the forge[1] 
so it works with today's Thunderbird 3.1.1 update. The only change is to 
the install.rdf file to enable it to be installed with TB 3 versions 
later than 3.1.0.
