[Vtigercrm-developers] Select all feature for filters

Hi,

We have another patch. It adds feature to select all, ie. accounts, when 
in accounts list. If you just check checkbox in table header you just 
select all accounts displayed, it doesn't select accounts on any other 
page. As our customer will have thousands of accounts in his database he 
needed to be able to select all filtered accounts.

Patch adds such feature. It simply adds new button above filtered table. 
Clicking it will select or deselect all entities which were returned by 
search or filter. Works for accounts, campaigns, contacts, faqs, trouble 
tickets, invoices, leads, potentials, price books, products, purchase 
orders, quotes, sales orders and vendors, but is very easy to add new 
types of objects.

Please check provided patch and apply it in trunk. Patch is against 
version 5.2.1.
