I guess, if I was a perfectionist I would like to be able to, perhaps, 
generate a little pop-up or something to inform the user that their 
action has just created a new Project. I have got a second workflow set 
to generate an email that the project has been created.

But anyway, it works fine for now. Thanks for all the help and comments 
guys. Any further comments/criticisms are more welcome.

Oh, yes. The idea of being able to install it using the custom module 
installer didn't work yet. I'm not quite sure why but I think would be a 
good thing to do in the future. Include a new manifest type 
<type>workflow</type> and have a screen in the Workflow part of the 
settings area to install them...
