[Vtigercrm-developers] Thunderbird 0.4 Testing release.

This is a new testing release for the Thunderbird extension.

For messages that are positive in tone, and really just informative, I 
have changed them to use the Operating System's built-in notification 
system (Growl for OSX and libnotify for Linux) or a xul based alert.

This is as an alternative to the standard Javascript alert messages 
which required user acknowledgement and - in my opinion - were 
unnecessary and intrusive.

I have also merged in the recent changes made by the vtiger team mainly 
regarding the session management.
