Hi Alan,

Thanks for the response ... when is expected date for full version of vtiger
5.2.0?

Also am interested SMS Notifier .. because expecting feature like
- Send automatic SMS to Sales Executive when Lead assigned to him
- Send automatic SMS to Support Engineer when trouble ticket assigned to him
Is that possible with SMS Notifier?

In the vtiger 5.2.0 version (now at release candidate) there is a new 
Assets module that might be a useful starting point for you to further 
develop: http://wiki.vtiger.com/index.php/vtiger520:Assets_Module

Alternatively I would suggest looking at ERP or MRP systems rather than CRM.
