Thanks Asha,

I did a bit more digging last night.

One issue this patch addresses (the missing right hand td element) is 
still present but only in the Services tab and the Account tab.

The white bar that appears at the far right of the header is - I'm sure 
- due to an overflow issue. I *think* that one should be easy to fix... 
It maybe later today if I get chance.
