[Vtigercrm-developers] Show priority with different colors in HelpDesk tickets

hello,

Yes it's possible. But in the code level. I have done that for the leads
modules where the leads(the whole row) are highlighted depending on
their status.I did that by editing listViewEntries.tpl file in the
smarty templates folder.
