[Vtigercrm-developers] Marching towards vtiger CRM 5.1

Hi according to the get together meeting, held a few months ago one of the
purposes was an email based ticketing system.. is this possible or planned
to 5.1? or it's been delayed?

I understand the multiple constraints in the vtiger's development but i
truly believe that making the MODULAR PLUGIN system shoud be a NUMBER ONE
priority, is the basis for the real grown of vtiger.  (anyone has seen
othercrm's forge?? )
