Hi David,

thanks for you response, i installed that plug in, it is very good, but i need more complex management of asterisk.

It would be good if you can talk to the project owner (developer) of 
http://forge.vtiger.com/projects/asterisk-integ/ 

You can share your ideas/requirements and if possible you can add the enhancements that project.

If your project focus is completely different, you can create a new forge project and 
actively develop and contribute to community.
