I format my data - firstname, lastname and email with this tool...

...when I try an import I get this error,

Import Error:

The directory cache/import/ does not exist or is not writable

..so I created a cache/import directory(writable w/ chmod 777 import), but 
that doesn't help.


I also tried export, then re-importing the same records.  I get the same 
error..

HELP!
