[Vtigercrm-developers] unable to log in after database

Greetings;
	This may not be the proper place to ask this question, but I am 
desperate to get vTiger up and running again. I've asked this question 
in as many vTiger forums as I could, with no solution.
	I recently rebuilt my vTiger server, and was unaware that I also needed 
to back up the user_privileges directory. I have successfully restored 
the database, but now when I try to login I get

Warning: require(user_privileges/sharing_privileges_3.php) 
[function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in 
/var/www/vtigercrm/include/utils/UserInfoUtil.php on line 1367

The suggestion from the forums was to log in to vtiger, then recalculate 
permissions. The problem is that I cannot log in to do that, so I assume 
it must be done from the command line. Is this possible? I have about 6 
months of invoices, quotes, product data, etc and so am very anxious to 
get this problem fixed. I will gladly pay a reasonable sum if necessary, 
as this application is perfect for my needs.
