[Vtigercrm-developers] [PATCH] Attachments on Contacts Show on Accounts As Well

Another in my series of fork-reduction patches.

This one lists Attachments made to Contacts under the associated Account
as well. This has proven very useful, as one can track Account-related
activity without needing to know the name of the Contact at that Account
who was the recipient.
