[Vtigercrm-developers] features and feature owners for 5.x

Hello!

Should there be an owner for the feature-list for each 5.x releases?
How do these things operate in other big projects?

For eg, how/who decides what all should be there in the 5.0.1/5.1 release etc?

As mentioned earlier, the intent is to make vtiger a more community-oriented product.
