[Vtigercrm-developers] Document Management System

I've had my eye on www.docmgr.org for quite a long times, but I cannot use 
it for the company as they refuse to use linux, as it a linux only app.

I'ts webbased like vtiger, and indexes almost all document formats 
including images, and has a powerful search, thumbnailing and permissions.

This has been one of the requirements for long. The intent of this post is 
to get some ideas and have some
work started on it.

Anyone has any ideas on something already available that we can use?
Anyone suggests that we must write it ourselves from scratch?
