There is no version vtiger_CRM_4_2_4RC. There are
release candidates vtigercrm-4.2.4rc1, vtigercrm-4.2.4rc2, and
vtigercrm-4.2.4rc3, and the final release will be vtigercrm-4.2.4. Which
version does this installer resemble?
