[Vtigercrm-developers] how to create user for trac entry alone?

The trac and svn perms are handled differently.  If you are using
http://vtiger.fosslabs.com/service/ to give him permissions, just make
sure to _not_ add him to the SVN perms at the bottom of the page,
rather, just make him a login account and save it.
