Every night @ 2am MST the whole disc is backed up, those tapes are
stored off-site in a 2 week rotation.

I can go ahead and do it this time but we should have an official trac
admin so the site is better maintained.  I think there is enough maint.
to be done on trac to justify someone officially taking care of it.
