Umm, how often is the repository and trac db backed up off-machine ;)

At the moment, I only wanted to:

- remove the spam tickets #1291 #1292 #1337 #1342 #1358 #1359 #1360 #1361

- add matching milestones and versions for 4.2.3 4.2.4 4.2.5 4.2.6 5.0.0
5.0.1 (5.0.2) 5.1.0 (5.1.1) (5.5.0) (the parentheticals only after some
discussion/consensus regarding a timed release policy)

- remove anon permissions for everything except viewing (which you've
already done)

None of which I can do through the web UI at my current permission level.
If those are quick todos for someone with shell access, I don't need my
own at this time.

Going forward, I'd like to test on my own machine, propose via ticket,
and install a select few plugins from http://trac-hacks.org/
