[Vtigercrm-developers] remove XTemplate Engine

vtiger is currently using Smarty engine for most of its operations.

Sadly, it still bundles XTemplate engine due to the reason mentioned below.

Downside:Features provided by Mike Crowe  need to be ported to Smarty.

Need volunteers to do the same please.
