 Hi! I upgraded from 5.4 to 6.0, and later from 6.0 to 6.1. This
 Vtiger version is installed on a TMDHOSTING.com server, which has
 the Softaculous software/platform and that was what we used
 for the upgrades.

 ON the last upgrade, an error started showing whenever data from
 Contacts was requested. For example, when I go to the Contacts
 page, only the first contact is shown but not all the information.
 It only shows the first and last name. On the field for mobile
 phone, the following error shows:

 Fatal error: Class 'PBXManager_Server_Model' not found in
 /home/lifeplan/public_html/vtiger/test/templates_c/vlayout/5267d0abb4a932a4e7c810bca09896d21e4f031e.file.ListViewContents.tpl.php
 on line 140

 Now, you can search the contacts, and again, when you click the
 contact on the search, it shows you part of the data until the
 mobile phone field, which displays the following error:

 Fatal error: Class 'PBXManager_Server_Model' not found in
 /home/lifeplan/public_html/vtiger/test/templates_c/vlayout/f6cbfa23faab30bd8129acb41dc913787a529cb5.file.PhoneDetailView.tpl.php
 on line 39

 You can click Edit and update the contact information but you
 can NOT see it unless you click edit again.

 Another weird thing is that you CAN see the info for the contact,
 on the tab on the right on the Opportunities page, when you
 click on a specific opportunity, and then click on the Contact
 tab on the right. I'm including a screenshot for this and other
 screens too.

 Last but not least, I'm considering upgrading to the 6.2 version
 but I really don't want to mess anything else. We are using this
 CRM for our Insurance business and it works great but this last
 upgrade left us with a lot of manual tasks and had to do some
 workarounds to continue using the Vtiger CRM.
